#82 Hide expired and/or revoked certificates

After working for a couple of years with xca, the database fills up with revoked and expired certificates. Deleting those is not the best way to go, especially if you want to keep them in your CRLs.

It would be great to have filters to hide expired and/or revoked certificates so that you could have an uncluttered view of the valid certificates.

With XCA 1.3.0, you may now just delete them from your database.
The revocations are now remembered even after deleting the revoked certificate.
