#66 Incorrect "Path length" template parameter handling

When a new template is created and you leave the "Path length" parameter (Extensions -> Basic constraints) empty, once you save the template and create a new certificate using it, the "Path length" parameter is filled with a "0". If you also set "Type" to "Certification Authority", this results in setting Basic Constraints to "CA:TRUE, pathlen:0", which might not be the desired behavior (I'd expect that if the template has no path length set, so would the certificate created using it).
