#55 Checkbox disabled in template dialog

When i try to add a new template based on the CA template, the checkbox behavior of the Authority Key Identifier is wrong.

1. Go to the Templates tab
2. Click New Template
3. Select CA
4. Go to the Extensions tab
5. The Authority Key Identifier checkbox is disabled
6. Uncheck the Subject Key Identifier box
7. Check the Subject Key Identifier box
8. The Authority Key Identifier checkbox is enabled
