Hi Geoff,

I would like to correct my prior e-mail slightly.  The issue does not occur
using the standard loader (at least as near as I can tell).  I forgot to
actually reload the instance between trials.  Using the standard loader,
the extra Dimensions (i.e. SegmentDomain) do not appear at all, since the
standard loader is not aware of them.
