[Xbrlapi-developer] Ordered Presentation Network

Hi Geoff,

I would like to be able to retrieve LinkRoles for the Presentation network
in their original order; for example, see the top of Nike's Presentation
Linkbase<http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/320187/000119312510161874/nke-20100531_pre.xml>.
I have drilled down to the source code and found the XML query for
retrieving LinkRoles by ArcRole, but I am not sure if or how this order
would be stored in the Berkeley XML database, and thus I don't know how to
query it.  I tried looking around to see how LinkRoles are persisted, but I
got pretty lost.

Would you please let me know if this is possible and give me an idea of how
I would go about doing this?
