#70 Add CR/LF to all XNS commands

This patch adds CR/LF to all XNS commands making it a
little easier for me as an XNS server author. Both
RelaX 0.6 and XBMS 0.30.5 accepts CR/LF terminated
commands so they should still work.

CR/LF is pretty microsoftish, because a linebreak is just 0x10
unter Un*x and 0x0A under Mac OS 9...
