#323 TVGuide in sections + GOOM change ready for section

This patch alters the TVGuide to use a section which
can be unloaded when not used and is based on darkies
changes mentioned in the forums. I've improved the
code so that if the tvguide is disabled in the config file,
it's never actually created in the first place.

I've also started to restructure the way that GOOM is
used, so that it too can be moved into sections which
can be unloaded when not in use. Currently some kind
of path problem with the prelink step is preventing
completion of this, so all it does at the moment is
create/destroy the goom class as required, so the
section memory is not freed.

Notes, SF has a upload limit of 256Kb per file, however if you
are logged in you can upload more than one (256kb) file.
