#245 New config options

These are just nice things I've added partly from my own
interest and partly from requests from people on the
XBMP forum.

Two new config.xml file options:

<showgoom>true</showgoom>
<splashdelay>1</splashdelay>

"Sniperkilla" has been asking for a way to disable goom
for ages. Well here it is. If you don't define the tag, it
defaults to "true". Set it to "false" and goom will just
throw up a black screen just like the pre-goom days.

Personally, I like goom, but it was requested...

The splashdelay tag is just for those that wish to
shorten the splash screen duration. Again, with no tag,
the default is the standard 3 seconds.

Code built with the CVS code as downloaded on the
29th of March.
