#229 Autorun Default.xbe in My Apps

This is an addon to people who don't want to use .cut
file and found flatten apps too slow.
This addon Simple run "Default.xbe" file in folders of "My
applications" if found in directory when you enter it
(of course if you check the option in Configuration)

simply replace your source file (made sith cvs of
16/03//03) or comare files and nitice differences
and compile again
no need to change config.xml
don't forget to update your locale/lang-x.xml (see the
one in the package (tag 218))

(I already post this patch earlyer for an old version.
Some ppl found it usefull then I post it again with new
cvs)

I'd like to see this patch added.

Reason being, directories with lots of files are extremely slow
to display (regardless of flatten hierarchy on or off).

I believe the reason for the slowness is the fact that a filter
is called on each file in the folder.

Aside from rewriting how folders are processed, I think this is
the next best thing.
