#224 Adds support for thumbnails in a remote directory.

This adds the ability to store your .tbn files in one
remote directory. For example,
xbmsp://192.168.100.100/thumbnails
could store all your thumbnails for all shares.

Added a new xml tag in config.xml called
"remotethumbnails".

Thumbnails are now cached locally in this order:

1 - Current Directory -- if (Attribute | 4)
2 - Local thumbdir
3 - Remote Thumb Dir
