This patch submit posed should be closed by one one the
XBML lead developers as soon as the code as been
implemented into the CVS
@Blackbelt; the only file attacted is "XTrace Patch.txt", is
this the whole complete patch?, if not please upload it here,

Yes there is only the single patch file as the source for the
client is included in the server zip file.

Regarding the "announcement" I think that would be fine
once the patch and XClient source is integrated into CVS.
I don't plan on opening a sourceforge project for the server as
the implementation is pretty complete.

Correct. Patch V.099 is all that is needed.
