#178 New Skins Folder

This is another little step for Skinning improvments.

What i did is create \Skins\Bracked folder in the root of the
application (bracked is the name of my skin).

Then moved every bitmap from \Media to \Skins\Bracked
and i also moved skin.xml from root to \Skins\Bracked
and finally added this to config.xml:

<skin>Bracked</skin>

this way XBMP can store many skins like

\Skins\Bracked
\Skins\MomDaD
\Skins\Liquid
...
and just edit <skin> tag for replace the current skin :)

It would be even better if you could select the skin from a
menu in settings... For example find the folder names and
list them as skins to select similar to the way evox is set up...
