#431 time line overlaps OSD panel

hi,
Thanks for your great and hard work!!!

I use Xbox 1.0 with bios x2 4979 on PAL 4/3 50 hertz TV

When I use th OSD panel to check the remained time I
observe that the time line overlaps the OSD panel
instead up of it.

I have found this workroaund:
I go in settings-> video and accept the PAL resolution
(XBMP is already configure to work in PAL) so the layout
fits the screen (it wides to all screen).
When I came back to OSD panel the time line is shows
correctly, however the settings is lost after shutdown
