#427 XBMP locks up if you unplug controller

I'm currently using the CVS build from 10-29-2003 but
this problem dates back to as long as I can remember.
This has happened to me a few times in the past, I just
forgot to post about it.

I'm using XBMP to play songs and DVDs streamed from
my PC using Relax v0.76Pre. If I play a DVD or a song
over the network and unplug the controller from port 1
while it's playing XBMP will just lock up. Plugging the
controller back in doesn't do anything, I have to power
off the Xbox and turn it back on.
