#425 Locks up while using the network. CVS 10/29

First off, let me say you guys are doing great work,
and the software is *really* impressive. On to the bug:
It seems that for the last two cvs builds, a very high
number of lockups occur when performing activity over
the network. Things that make me think this:

1) IMDB:
When making IMDB querries the xbox:
a) takes a bit longer than before
b) locks up about 1/6 times while searching
for/retrieving info about a title.
c) locks up most of the time if buttons are pressed
while a query is going on. this one is hard to say,
because it could be already locked.

This may sound similar #777803, but this all worked
perfectly in the sept. builds.

2) Playing Music.
Mostly all my music lives on ccxstream shares, as it
has for a long time. This hasn't happened since i've
been using XBMP but now it randomly freezes while
playing mp3's, and it's played these w/o a problem
before. I've also verified that they play on another
compter (in case of disk corruption). It's not
repeatable on the same file, but it just kinda happens
once per 1-2 hrs.

I'd revert to the older builds, but I love the smooth
scrolling and track info during goom tweaks. If there
is anything I can do to help diagnose this, let me know.
