#5 Complete partition dump

I was looking for a program to extract all the files from a
FATX partition, the closest I found was xboxdumper. So
here is a small patch that combines the list and dump
commands into a new dumpall command for easy
extraction of a complete partition to a given directory.
Nothing fancy and not the fastest but atleast it works for
me.
The patch was made agains the CVS files on 2005-09-
07.
