#833 Issue with outline view in bizodc having xa:input_type

Build:6.0.67

When we create new bizdoc by selecting schema file from existing workbench and xa:input_type, elements related to schema are displaying in outline view

Steps:

1. Select New->BizDocument
3. click Next button
4. Select existing schema file from workbench option and select the schema
file in the project.
4. Click Next button and select the root element which contains child elements
5.Select create xa:input_type checkbox and finish the bizdoc creation.

Issue1:
As we have selected xa:input_type,all child elements are displaying in outline view.Actually elements related to xa:response_type need to be displayed.

Issue2:
1. In BizDoc , add xa:response element
2. Then add child element to xa:response

Observe that newly added child element is not displaying in outline.
