#444 Send telemetry

Hi and thanks for a great piece of software.

I'd like to send telemetry from xastir. The telemetry I like to send is status of the machine. Example CPU-load, CPU-temp, etc.

A good way might be to implement some kind of generic telemetry support. Perhaps scriptable plugins where the user can output what ever he/she wants.

I second this request. I would like to be able to attach a serial device to the machine running the software that can feed telemetry info to be transmitted like local temp, battery levels in shack, etc.
