#26 Xarchiver can't handle umlauts

I try to open a zip file which contains an umlaut in the zipfile name. The zip
contains files in a folder with an umlaut in its name.

I can open the archive but when I want to extract a file I get the message:

Archive: /tmp/namewithanä.zip
caution: filename not matched: namewithanä/11.jpg

reproduce:
- create a zip file of a folder with umlauts in name
- try to extract it with xarchiver
