No. Just because every other distro out there is based on ubuntu or kubuntu, it doesn't mean this one should be. If you want a k/ubuntu based vista clone, then install k/ubuntu and install a gnome/kde theme for it. K/ubuntu is dumbed down enuff to pass for windows desktop anyways. It's almost like people that use k/ubuntu area afraid of cli or something.

That is exactly the first thing that came to my mind the second I read about this distro and knew it's based on Fedora, other thing is, why not just make it a KDE plugin or something like that??? So we all could just take it to our preferred distro, I'm not sure but I think LinuxMCE works that way... and it works on Kubuntu :-)
