[Xal-users] [Announce] XAL v4.0.2

XAL version 4.0.2 has been released.

Added in this version are support for the TWSER X10 device (courtesy of Les
Smithson).  Some portability issues have also been addressed and in theory XAL
should compile on most UNIX systems.  Please check the platforms page
(http://xal.sourceforge.net/platforms.html) to see what has been tested.  If
you have compiled and run XAL on any other platform please post your results.
