Add support for e.g. MPD/GStreamer/SPI etc. to X4X.

We started to implement the mpd backend. Therefor we use the
library from http://www.thejavashop.net/javampd/. Problem
here is that this lib requires java5, k, not a big deal, but
when mpd backend hits -stable we have to switch whole x4x to
java5 too, better for us but maybe some of you need to
update java

(Basic) support for MPD, the music player daemon, will be in the next release. This release will probably also bring support for mdns to find music servers out there, but this is another topic and not yet fix :).
