What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I've mapped the controller but it's not mapped in-game(Dark Souls).
.dll are in the .exe directory
In the emulator the controller indicator is red and the controller grayed out, still I can map keys.
What versions of x360ce and Windows are you using?
2.1.2.191
Windows 8 64bit
What gamepad do you use? On what drivers version?
Speed Link Strike (SL-6535-01) no version number
Please attach a log file created with Log=1 setting in x360ce.ini file.
Also make sure you use latest x360ce libraries !
no log file was created

still nothing. I guess it's a driver issue on win 8
The controller is working in game but the mapping is more than bad.
I'll try it on an other game

wrong version
Controller tab won't turn green / Red light on Controller 1,2 etc.
This can occur for a number of reasons.
The configuration utility DOES NOT work with the 64bit version of x360ce, it will only work with the 32bit version, This is the case regardless of whether your windows is 32bit or 64bit.

got the x86 libraries [r642]. reinstalled the application.
log file is beenig generated now.
The previous problem still exists but i'm getting a warning:
Configuration file version does not match x360ce version.
Some options may not work untiil configuration file will be updated.
I tried deletaing and regenerating the .ini, but nothig happens.

i'm having a similar problem, it was greyed out and i added the libraries, the light turned green and it was responsive inside the x360ce application, but i got a message saying:
"Configuration file version does not match x360ce version.
Aome options may not work until configuration file will be updated"
but i've used this same files before and they worked
