Steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start x360ce.exe.
2. Let the app successfully detecte controller and import settings.
3. Then close the app.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect x360ce.exe to close normally by having the save prompt appear and then close after use. Instead, it just locks up with the save prompt not appearing. Even hangs if I manually save settings and then try to quit. Have to force quit the app by right-clicking it's taskbar window and as a resulted be informed of an App Hang error. Ver. 2.1.2.190 and Ver. 2.1.2.190 Build 549 of x360ce app work perfectly.

What versions of x360ce and Windows are you using?
32-bit Ver. 2.1.2.190 Build 552 & 32-bit Ver. 2.1.2.190 Build 561.
Windows 7 Pro x64 with all necessary runtimes and DirectX installed and up to date.

What gamepad do you use? On what drivers version?
Logitech Rumblepad 2 with latest drivers.

Please attach a log file created with Log=1 setting in x360ce.ini file.

Seeing as I was told to stop using the EmuCR builds, I decided to try the offical builds of the 32-bit libraries released here to see if x360ce.exe hanged on closing. Guess what? They also cause it to hang. 32-bit library build 544 is the most recent build that doesn't cause x360ce.exe to hang when closing.

It's worth noting that the dll files do their job perfectly when used with games, they just cause x360ce.exe to hang. The latest 64-bit libraries work perfectly with x360ce.exe.

    XBOX 360 Controller Emulator 2.1.2.191 (with x360ce Library 32bit 3.3.1.584)

I use an older build and it closes itself when I close it just fine.

    Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit.
