I apologize for my clumsiness, I didn't read the manual, only a quick look and I thought that Cut wasn't implemented.
Anyway in some rare screens when I cut a selection other parts of the window are also cutted.

If you are talking about the x3270 crash when you paste and empty buffer, that's fixed in 3.3.9.
Otherwise, I am not aware of a 'cut' problem.
