#13 Left Ctrl key conflicts with Left Ctrl + C, Ctrl + X
I use both Left Ctrl and Right Ctrl randomly for Enter. I find it has conflicts with Ctrl + C , Ctrl + X etc, because the key Ctrl is triggered when Key is Down. Is it possible to allow setting of Key Up event for Ctrl ? So that Ctrl is only triggered when Ctrl key is Up. Many thanks.
I understand what you are asking for, but I think it is beyond what Xt translation tables (what x3270 keymaps are) can represent. That is, I could trigger on the KeyUp event, but then Ctrl-C would generate a Copy() and then an Enter() when Left Ctrl was released. The only way I know to do this is to process the keyboard events completely myself, and given how quickly old-fashioned X11 application support is being deprecated on most platforms, it isn't worth starting over in this area.
