I have posted some time ago in conection with the possibility of using the
RS232 port with X11 Basic thru a usb to RS232 converter conected to my
Samsung S4.
I do have a simpel terminal program that I can use on with the RS232 but I
want to use it with X11 Basic to be able to write my own program and
communicating with Rs232.
In principle this is well possible. It depends on wherethere the Rs232 device is accessible for normal processes on non-rooted android. I have not tested it on Android, but on desktop-linux it works. Have a look at the example programs, especially "gps-earth".
