Yes, the sqlite excecutable is likely to work on Android (tested from 5.0 up to 9 with X11-Basic for Android recent version currently availabe on f-droid, Version 1.27-63 (163) ). https://f-droid.org/en/packages/net.sourceforge.x11basic/
But: You will have to delete the old sqlite excecutable file in the bas/ folder. For the example programs, please look at the repository: https://codeberg.org/kollo/X11-Basic_examples
