[wxperl-users] (update) CaptureMouse and Keyboard input

A small update:

the EVT_CHAR *does* work while CaptureMouse is active, however the defined keyboard shortcuts for menu entries cease to work when CaptureMouse is active. 

This smells like a bug in wxWindows (not wxPerl in particular). Am I right?
