[wxperl-users] wxLocale with wxDesigner

I can't figure out how to set the language after selection
when using wxDesigner. Does anybody have experience with
this?

In the demo it's done in a sub called "_create_windows". How
do you destroy the main window and then recreate it with the
new locale?
I can understand how the demo does this, but it is only
replacing a panel, not destroying the main window.

I thought like below, but of course this is calling
destroying the frame which is calling it...or something.

sub OnChangeLanguage {
  my $this = shift;

  LocaleDemo::choose_locale( );

  $this->Destroy;

  my( $frame ) = MyFrame->new( undef, -1, "mwx");
  main::MyDialogFunc($frame,1);

  return $this;
}
