I'm not sure about Perl2Exe but with PerlApp, it extracts the stuff in the
exe to the TEMP system variable.  The location of the dir it extracts to is
$INC[0].  You'll be able to find "bind"ed files under there.  Knowing
this...I'm thinking *maybe* a BEGIN block could be used to copy this to a
permanant location.
