[wxlua-users] Adding the equivalent to RUNTIME_LIBS to bakefiles

Is there a possibility that you could add the RUNTIME_LIBS variable to
the bakefile scripts like wxWidgets has? The reason is because I
compile wxWidgets with the run-time statically linked and you don't
have an option for that. This would be set to the default of what it
is currently.

What do you think?
