I did not try that.
However, the issue could be fixed by being more explicit about the
include directory:
-DwxLua_LUA_INCLUDE_DIR=/usr/include/lua5.2 \
instead of:
-DwxLua_LUA_INCLUDE_DIR=/usr/include \
