Hi John,

Thank you for adding wxEVT_LUA_ERROR and wxTreeCtrl::SetItemState.

There are couple of other (relatively easy) methods that are missing
from the binding: wxMenu SetParent and GetParent methods
(http://docs.wxwidgets.org/trunk/classwx_menu.html#abfba34a537e6a69ee6531e333dfbeacb);
these are 2.9 methods. Would it be possible to add these as well?
