From the manual:
wxDir::GetAllFiles(const wxString& dirname, const wxString& filespec = "", int flags = wxDIR_DEFAULT)

The 'flags' parameter is silently ignored unless a fourth parameter is set.

wx.wxDir.GetAllFiles("/path/to/dir", "", wx.wxDIR_FILES)  -- passes wxDIR_DEFAULT
wx.wxDir.GetAllFiles("/path/to/dir", "", wx.wxDIR_FILES, 0)  -- passes wxDIR_FILES

wxLua SVN, wx 2.8.12, Lua 5.1.4.
