#95 deselecting changes a character even in read-only mode

While reading from a device, when I select more than one windowful of text, deselect it, and scroll back to select it again from the starting offset, even in read-only file mode, the first character of what I want to select changes from an ASCII equivalent to 0x1B, represented as a left-pointing arrow. I have to use other information to reconstruct the pre-change character.

I'm not certain of steps to reproduce. The problem was intermittent.

I ran wxHexEditor 0.22 on openSuse 13.2 Linux, kept evergreen, and don't know how to set up 0.23.

It's cosmetic error, not actually changes byte. But fixed allready.
