The frame name is duplicated on macOS. It appears in the window title bar and also in the top area of the main pane of the frame (see attached pic).
The same code on Windows produces more expected output (see attached pic).
I'm guessing this is a bug in wxPython 4 (Phoenix) as the demo does the same thing when displaying a simple frame.
