Speaking of a new release client, what other things are we waiting for? I
think Esteban might be tinkering with the debugger?? Anyone else have
changes they want to see added?

If not, then I propose we wait for Mal's new component and then just make a
release (not rc3, but an actually 7.0 official). As far as I can tell, the
IDE seems stable now and we've corrected the showstopping bugs.
