Ah, ok. Maybe I didn't see the old logs. I guess this is correct now. Weird
behavior.

Yes, please remove the IFDEFs for the plugin. I'm planning to remove as many
of the other IFDEFs as I can unless someone objects. Please let me know if
you do.
