#329 staticbox class declaration missing in Code Generation

When creating a staticbox sizer the staticbox object's
declaration is not created properly.

Following Code is generated when I add a Static Sizer :

WxStaticBoxSizer1_StaticBoxObj = new wxStaticBox(this,
wxID_ANY, _(""));
wxStaticBoxSizer* WxStaticBoxSizer1 = new
wxStaticBoxSizer(WxStaticBoxSizer1_StaticBoxObj,wxHORIZONTAL);

instead of

wxStaticBox *WxStaticBoxSizer1_StaticBoxObj = new

wxStaticBox(this, wxID_ANY, _(""));
wxStaticBoxSizer* WxStaticBoxSizer1 = new
wxStaticBoxSizer(WxStaticBoxSizer1_StaticBoxObj,wxHORIZONTAL);

The Object WxStaticBoxSizer1_StaticBoxObj is not
declared anywhere.

This bug is due to the mistake I did when I cleaned up the
issue with the sizer variables that are declared twice.
Since this is a very trival change I havent asked for a
code-review.
