UNIX systems are case sensitive, wxCode is not the same as wxcode. Try
again with 

cvs -z3 -d :pserver:ano...@cv...:/cvsroot/wxcode login

and then

cvs -z3 -d :pserver:ano...@cv...:/cvsroot/wxcode co wxCode/...
