Hi, I'm using this service as CGI with gotext and I tried to convert to be a WWW-SMS module. But I don't rememebr svn commands right now sorry, I posted it in the mailing list. WapNokia.pm is a service that use the WAP website in the nokia portal about Nokia Art. In that WAP page , Nokia phones can send bookmark of the site by SMS with some text in many countries so it could be used to send SMS to all devices that have a WAP browser. They will get a WAP SMS with the text and the URL of the wapsite, so they don't need to get URL in order to receive text, that's great! 50 chars max and international format only allowed, I could test it only for Italy,Bulgaria and UK, there works. It's not a trivial task and I have no clue where to find such algorithms but once I've heared that there are some. Potrebbe essere inoltre necessario esportare il percorso relativo alla libreria WWW-SMS presente sulla propria macchina in modo che www-sms-send.pl possa accedere ai moduli gateway. Su un sistema Unix uso la seguente sintassi per esportare il percorso: export PERLLIB="/home/eim/www-sms/trunk/WWW-SMS/lib/" Ovviamente in ambiente Win32 la sintassi cambia lievemente. Siamo interessati a far funzionare correttamente WWW-SMS anche in ambiente Win32, sappiamo che il codice funziona anche su tale piattaforma ma ci sono da apportare alcune piccole modifiche all'installazione in modo da automatizarne un'uso out-of-the-box. Hello, I've just performed some major reorganizations of the WWW-SMS library. The www-sms-send code is now part of the WWW-SMS library itself, I've moved www-sms-send.pl into WWW-SMS/front-end/. www-sms-send is no longer a sub-project of WWW-SMS but an integrating part of the library. This should allow an easier distribution of the library itself and facilitate the installation and usage for end-users. Eventual further front-ends for the WWW-SMS library may be also put in the WWW-SMS/front-end/ directory. www-sms-send is currently under development. I'll work on it a bit these days. I'll hope to complete also the Makefile which should allow to install both WWW-SMS and www-sms-send out of the box. One of the final objectives are to complete www-sms-send, release WWW-SMS 0.10 on CPAN and eventually package it for Debian, Fedora, Gentoo, etc. Feel free to check out the latest code and have a look. Hello, I announce with pleasure that the Tin.pm module delivers also to German mobile phones. I've just performed a test via: % www-sms-send 49 17x xxxxxxx "This is a test" -g Tin which has been delivered immediately. I presume Tin.pm is able to send also to other foreign countries. Hello folks, I announce with pleasure that Alice.pm is once again up and running. Fabio Marzocca, today, has successfully fixed the module in the WWW-SMS library. He sent me the up-to date code which I've successfully committed to the WWW-SMS svn repository. I've furthermore tested the fixed module on my machine and can confirm that it works out of the box. Fell free to align you're checked out copy of WWW-SMS against the latest svn revision. Thanks to Fabio for his supreme work. Well done. With this fix WWW-SMS supports, once again, Alice.pm along with Vodafone.pm and Tin.pm.
