#8 word stylenames (for v 0.6.7)

With this patch there comes a new command:
<stylename/> for the word stylename. With the modified
wvHtml.xml the HTML output will have a modfied DIV
tag: <DIV name="Stylename" ...>
It is useful for a later XML generation. Maybe
someone make a wvXML.xml or seperate the style from
the DIVs.

Some notes:
- The modfied code is marked with "PATCH" or "Patch"

- I changed the type of xstzName; to "char". Maybe
this can cause problems with 2-byte style-names.This
was the first time I have a look at the wvWare code.
