- wvWare.c (wvOpenConfig): also try config file in WVDATADIR.
- text.c (str_append): added safe strcat-like function.
- Makefile.in (DEFS): add -DWVDATADIR define.
- field.c (s_Tokens): added new field codes.
  (wvHandleCommandField): add wvParseStruct *ps arg, we need the
  filename. 
  (s_file_mtime): new function returns mtime of file name.
  (wvHandleCommandField): implemented DATEINAME, SPEICHERDAT.
  (wvHandleCommandField): set mytime to current time only if not
  already set by SPEICHERDAT.
- wv.h (enum _FIELDCODE): added FC_SPEICHERDAT, FC_DATEINAME for
  the German Word release, don't know what the English field code
  names are.
- field.c (wvHandleDateTimePicture): allow chars [jJ], year, and
  [tT], day, in date format strings, this is what the German
  release of Word uses.
- field.c (wvHandleCommandField): add xml_slash to <a href=...>
  for FC_PAGEREF.
- wvWare.c (main): new -8 --nographics8 option.
  (mySpecCharProc): else for !no_graphics1 commented.
  (mySpecCharProc): !no_graphics8 check added.
