Yes, ImageMagick supports a "batch" mode. It provides command-line utilities, as well as C, C++, Java, and Perl APIs for writing your own programs. Right now I have the font names hard-coded to the Windows file names. You would need to edit the source code (wmf.c) to change the file name mapping to use your Postscript fonts. I plan to add a flexible fontmap facility (compatible with Ghostscript's Fontmap) to resolve this shortcoming. Once the fontmap support is in place, Ghostscript fonts would be used by default, but could easily be replaced with other ones by simply supplying a different fontmap.
