#162 wvWare produces invalid HTML code

wvWare generates incorrect HTML code:
1) META tags do not end with "/>"
2) Many "<p>" tags are not followed by corresponding "</p>" tags.

For instance, the document "exampletext.doc" contains the three words "Aap noot Mies". When I apply the following command on it:
/usr/bin/wvWare -x /usr/share/wv/wvHtml.xml --nographics exampletext.doc >exampletext.html

the resulting html file (attached) has missing "</p>" tags and "<META ... >" tags instead of "<META ... />"
tags.
