#4 map making documentation lacking

The description on how to create a map is 'look at how we did it'. It's easy to find out how this works, but adding a small descriptor would save a new mapmaker some time. You may at the very least want to add this list:

0: unreachable area
1: inner wall
3: corridor
4: pill
5: outer wall
