Since, the latest Windows allows you to remove MAX_PATH limitation (https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/jeremykuhne/2016/07/30/net-4-6-2-and-long-paths-on-windows-10/), WTL sources are needed to be fixed. I believe, it is needed to search WTL sources for MAX_PATH and fix each occurence to be compatible with very long path names.
