[wsjt-devel] full screen

Hi,

A friend of mine, who I introduced to the WJST program, when he 
installed the version 180 on Windows 7, was sorry to see the full screen 
window without having to fix the view.
The same file, installed on Windows 8, works perfectly.
Any suggestions?
