[wsjt-devel] Program crashes

I have a HP laptop running Win 10

signalink USB

Yaesu Ft-450D

I have FLdigi and FLrig installed and working

WSJT-X 1.08 rc1 crashes when setting up rigcontrol using FLrig as the 
control type.  When i press test, or try to save.  I have tested it 
using various settings on the rig control screen and it will fail with 
just the FLrig selected.
